WTF pt. 1

So I'm back at blogging after a nearly year long unintentional hiatus. I'm trying to write another blog right now, so that has made me want to start this thing up again. Damn, I can't believe I've been on Blogger, in one capacity or another for 4 and a half years. That just seems crazy and I remember when I started Alienface back in 2005. It was only one post for a few months, maybe like 3 and then it started and I had fun killing time with it when I used to have my office job. Good memories, not that my life right now isn't OK too.

Damn, I have no idea where to start to wrap up all the things that have happened since the last time I wrote. Quick rundown: Got a new job at Pete's, got a girlfriend, got dumped, quit my restaurant job in favor of being a bartender, now generally happy and just trying to get back into writing. :) (ugggh Facebook habit)

I'm sure as time goes on with this blog and as I try to kick it's ass into gear again, I'll go into more detail about certain things that I may have left out or just kind of glossed over, but it's been such a crazy time that I don't know where to begin, so I'll just let things come about organically. If you're reading this I'd love to hear from you and how you found it/what you think.

Let me just bring you up to speed on where things are today, nearly the end of March 2010. I fucking still live with my Mom due to financial troubles on both our ends and her lack of wanting to get her situation right. I have also been lolligagging when it comes to my finances as I not only work at a bar, but also drink way, way, way too often and therefore spend all of my money, which is just terrible. I have it curbed pretty well for now, but for a while there, I was spending several hundred a month on a bar tab. So pathetic. This was happening mostly at the beginning of this year. It was totally the worst, I have never scraped by with bills or anything else so bad in my life. All because I would just go to the bar every night and blow $40 and try to forget my problems. It was terrible, but I've stopped that and am trying to rebuild my savings once again. I think the problem is that I have so few monthly bills that I forget I should be saving money like I used to.

Well, whatever, blogging will be a good distraction and a nice outlet.
